Who We Are

About CDDF

Chilmari Distressed Development Foundation (CDDF) is a non-political, non-profit social development organization established on 02 January 2007, working at the grassroots level in Chilmari Upazila, Kurigram. CDDF is dedicated to addressing key community challenges such as poor hygiene, inadequate nutrition, social inequalities, and gender discrimination. The organization focuses on promoting education, empowering women, advancing human rights, improving health and nutrition awareness, and ensuring child protection. CDDF is legally registered with the Joint Stock Company & Firms and the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh (Registration No. 2520).

CDDF promotes citizens' rights, strengthens women's livelihoods, and drives sustainable development to bring marginalized communities into the mainstream, with special focus on women, children, and disaster-affected persons.
